ADV Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
ADV Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
Introduction
Adenovirus is an important pathogen causing respiratory infections, and some types can even cause outbreaks of acute respiratory infections, especially in infants and children, causing severe bronchitis and even fatal pneumonia, as well as conjunctivitis, encephalitis, cystitis and diarrhea. It can infect people of all ages, and the susceptible groups is infants and young children under 5 years old.
This kit is intended for qualitative typing detection of adenovirus nucleic acid in human serum or plasma samples. This kit uses the highly conserved sequence E1A gene in the ADV gene as the target region, and designs specific primers and TaqMan fluorescent probes and realize the rapid detection and typing of dengue virus through real-time fluorescent PCR.
