Ca16 Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
Ca16 Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
Introduction
CA16 is the main pathogen causing Hand-mouth-foot disease (HFMD) in children. It is usually accompanied by Human Enterovirus 71 and is more common in children under 5 years old. The clinical symptoms of CA16 infection are erythema, papules and small blisters on the hands and feet of the child patient, accompanied by ulcers on the tongue and oral mucosa.
This kit is intended for qualitative typing detection of Coxsackievirus 16 nucleic acid in human serum or plasma samples. This kit uses the highly conserved sequence 5′UTR gene in the CA16 gene as the target region, and designs specific primers and TaqMan fluorescent probes, and realize the rapid detection and typing of dengue virus through real-time fluorescent PCR.
