EV Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
EV Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
Introduction
The main clinical symptoms of EV infection are: infected patients, especially children, skin and mucous membrane herpes and ulcers on hands, feet, mouth and other parts, and most of them are accompanied by systemic symptoms such as fever, anorexia, fatigue, and listlessness. Mild infections can cause diarrhea, fever, herpetic rash, aseptic meningitis, encephalitis, myocarditis, and severe cases can manifest as acute flaccid paralysis (AFP), pulmonary edema or hemorrhage, and even death. EV mainly infects infants and young children, mainly children under 5 years old.
This kit is intended for qualitative typing detection of enterovirus nucleic acid in human serum or plasma samples. This kit uses the highly conserved sequence 5′UTR gene in the EV gene as the target region, and designs specific primers and TaqMan fluorescent probes, and realize the rapid detection and typing of dengue virus through real-time fluorescent PCR.
