PIV1 Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
PIV1 Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
Introduction
Parainfluenza virus is an important respiratory pathogen in infants and young children and is the second most common pathogen of pneumonia and bronchiolitis in infants under 6 months of age. Cause cold symptoms: such as fever, sore throat, etc. Lower respiratory diseases such as pneumonia, bronchitis, and bronchiolitis that cause repeated infections, especially in infants, the elderly, and people with immunodeficiency.
This kit is intended for qualitative typing detection of Parainfluenza virus 1 nucleic acid in human serum or plasma samples. This kit uses the highly conserved sequence HN gene in the PIV1 gene as the target region, and designs specific primers and TaqMan fluorescent probes, and realize the rapid detection and typing of dengue virus through real-time fluorescent PCR.
