RSV Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
RSV Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
Introduction
The main clinical symptoms of Respiratory syncytial virus infection are nasal congestion, sinusitis, expectoration, expiratory wheezing, air stagnation, a tapering or flared nose, subcostal indentation and even cyanosis. Fever is not the main symptom of RSV infection, and only nearly 50% of pediatric patients have moderately elevated body temperature, and both signs of bronchiolitis and pneumonia may appear at the same time. RSV infection in adults has mild or no symptoms, but it can cause more severe infections in the elderly or immunodeficient patients.
This kit is intended for qualitative typing detection of dengue virus nucleic acid in human serum or plasma samples. This kit uses the highly conserved sequence N gene in the RSV gene as the target region, and designs specific primers and TaqMan fluorescent probes, and realize the rapid detection and typing of dengue virus through real-time fluorescent PCR.
