Test Procedure

1.Add 10 drops of sample diluent vertically to the sample extraction tube.

2.Sampling.

3. Insert the sampled swab into extraction tube, squeeze the villi part of the swab by finger 5 times , then remove and discard the swab.

4. Cover the droppers lid on the sample extraction tube after step 2.

5.Add 3 drops of the treated specimen into the sample well of the test card.
