Ready-to-Use PCR Master Mix
Introduction
Read-to-Use PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use, lyophilized master mix for high-efficiency realtime PCR amplification which can be used for rapid detection of DNA samples.. The mix include double-blocked hot-start Super HP Taq DNA polymerase, MgCl2 and dNTPs. Simply reconstitute the master mix by adding PCR-grade water along with your template, Taqman probes and primers to a total volume of 20 µl.
