Introduction
One-step RT-qPCR Master Mix (lyophilized ) is a ready-to-use, lyophilized master mix for high-efficiency RT-qPCR amplification which can be used for rapid detection of DNA or RNA samples. The mix include double-blocked hot-start Super HP Taq DNA polymerase, M-MLV reverse transcriptase (RNaseH-), MgCl2 and dNTPs. Simply reconstitute the master mix by adding PCR-grade water along with your template ,Taqman probes and primers to a total volume of 20 µl.
