Introduction
Super easy SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use, lyophilized master mix for high-efficiency realtime PCR amplification which can be used for rapid detection of DNA samples. The mix include double-blocked hot-start Super HP Taq DNA polymerase, PCR Buffer, MgCl2, SYBR Green dye and dNTPs. Simply reconstitute the master mix by adding PCR-grade water along with your template and primers to a total volume of 20µl. Since the PCR products generated by lyophilized PCR Master Mix contain 3′-A overhangs, they can be directly clonedinto T-vectors. The RT-qPCR products are suitable for sequencing.
