MP Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
MP Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method)
Introduction
Mycoplasma pneumoniae starts slowly, with symptoms such as sore throat, headache, fever, fatigue, muscle aches, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting at the beginning of the illness. The onset of fever is usually moderate, and respiratory symptoms are obvious after 2-3 days, highlighted by a paroxysmal irritating cough, especially at night, with a small amount of mucous or mucopurulent sputum, sometimes with blood in the sputum, and also dyspnoea and chest pain. Humans are generally susceptible to Mycoplasma pneumoniae, mainly in preschool-aged, school-aged children and adolescents.
This kit is intended for qualitative typing detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae nucleic acid in human serum or plasma samples. This kit uses the highly conserved sequence p1 gene in the Mycoplasma pneumoniae gene as the target region, and designs specific primers and TaqMan fluorescent probes and realize the rapid detection and typing of dengue virus through real-time fluorescent PCR.
